At Laral Crafts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the terms below.
Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the items, without needing to provide any justification.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Show no signs of use;
• Be in the original condition in which they were received;
• Include the original packaging, where applicable.
The following are not eligible for return:
• Crochet kits, knitting kits, or other kits;
• Opened products that, for reasons of hygiene or product integrity, cannot be resold;
• Customized or made-to-order products;
• Products damaged due to inappropriate use by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Costs
Shipping costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or was sent incorrectly.
Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned items, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed within the maximum legal period applicable after the return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you should contact us as soon as possible via email at laralcrafts@gmail.com, including photographs that allow us to assess the situation.
