Products & Orders
Whenever possible, yes. We send all skeins from the same dye lot to ensure colour uniformity.
If it is not possible to send all from the same dye lot, we will contact you before shipping to understand how you prefer to proceed.
We try to represent the colours as accurately as possible, but there may be differences due to lighting or the screen used.
Additionally, different dye lots of the same yarn may show variations in shade.
If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via email so we can assess the possibility of changing or cancelling it.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
Orders paid by 3 PM will be processed on the same day; orders paid after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
- Islands and international shipments: delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
After dispatch, you will receive an email with the necessary information to track your order.
- Mainland Portugal: €4.99 (free for orders over €50).
- Madeira and Azores: €8.93 (free for orders over €80).
- Spain: €5.99 (free for orders over €80).
- Other EU countries: variable values, displayed at checkout.
Costs are always indicated before completing the purchase.
If the order is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we will contact you to understand how you would like to proceed. A new payment for shipping costs may be required.

The order is only dispatched after payment confirmation.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes. You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
You must send an email to laralcrafts@gmail.com, indicating the order number.
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
Yes. We do not accept returns of kits.
