DROPS Andes is spun from 2 strands in a traditional combination of 65% Peruvian Highland wool and 35% superfine alpaca, which gives it a silky appearance (thanks to the alpaca fibres) and stable shape for garments. Its fibres are untreated, meaning the wool has only been washed and not subjected to any chemical treatment before dyeing. This highlights the natural properties of the fibres and, at the same time, gives a better shape and quality to its texture.
Very easy to knit with thick knitting needles and crochet hooks and ideal for felting, DROPS Andes is perfect for winter garments, accessories and home decor items.
